Here are answers to some of the frequently asked questions.

How do I add notes to my photos?

In the Photohub section, tap on a photo or video to access the edit screen. Here you can type notes and hashtags to help organize and search.

How do I create my own personalized filters?

By entering a hashtag into the notes description section of a photo or video and navigating to Settings > Tag Management to pin as a filter.

How do I white-label the app?

Please fill out the form with your needs and a representative will contact you.

Can I sync my visual media over wifi?

Yes, simply navigate to the "Settings" menu and turn on "Sync over wifi only"

How do I share visual media with a group?

Long press on a photo > select it > click “Share” > select “Share with a Group” > select or create the group you want to share with.

Is there a limit on the length of my videos?

Yes, 30 seconds. This limitation will be removed in a future release.

Can I upload videos longer than 30 secs?

Currently you can upload videos up to 30 seconds. In a future release, this limitation will be removed.

How can I hide/unhide pictures?

To hide pictures, long press on a photo, select one or multiple photos and click “Hide”.

To view and unhide photos, first ensure the “Show Hidden Pictures” feature is enabled under “Settings”, then select the “Hidden” filter, long press on a photo and select the ones you want to unhide and click unhide.

Why can't I see all my photos in the map view?

Only pictures that have location information display on the map. You can always add location manually through the edit screen by tapping on a picture. You can quickly access pictures without location by using the "No Location" filter accessible via the Photohub section.

Where is my personal data being stored?

Photohub uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) Servers to store all data and we periodically assess our infrastructure and applications for vulnerabilities and remediate those that could impact the security of customer data. We never save your password in plain-text. All passwords are hashed in MD5 standards. We still encourage the use of a complex password.

Who has access to my data?

We limit who has access to our production infrastructure based on business need and strongly authenticate that access. This production network is separate from our other computing infrastructure.

How can I share my visual media with others?

Long press on a photo, select one or multiple images and click on share. There are 4 sharing options:
1) you can share to their Photohub gallery,
2) you can create a group and share within the Group,
3) you can share as a PDF along with the notes,
4) you can also share as a text or email.

How can I filter for color?

On the main filter menu, select the circular filter on the right and choose a color.

How do I color code my pictures ?

Select one of multiple photos and select edit, click on the circular filter below the text box and select a color.

How can I find and connect with others?

Ensure the person you are trying to connect with has the discoverable profile feature on in their settings menu. You can connect via the Connections section by typing their name and last name or their screenname.

Can I expect enhancements on this app in the future?

You Can’t Miss My Story

The evolution of a phones ability to capture and store images fascinated me, yet I found that there was something critical missing in the way pictures were managed.

Often, I would scroll through my gallery endlessly, working unnecessarily hard to find important screenshots of documents or images. If I was lucky enough to find what I was searching for, I would create a duplicate of the image so that it would appear first in my gallery. Other times I would give up on my search or would simply take a second screenshot of the document.

Overtime I developed a sharp pain on my right thumb. Little did I know this would eventually become the ultimate motivation behind Photohub's inception; I just knew there had to be a better way.
